These Terms govern your use of Golden Astro Foundation (the "Website"), operated by Golden Astro Foundation. By using the Website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who can use the Website

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You must give accurate information and keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in codes can access your account.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping, if any, is shown before you pay.
• We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Natural products such as rudraksha and gemstones vary in colour, size and pattern, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photo.
• If we find a pricing or stock error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Razorpay and we never see your card details. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after a short time and its stock is released. We send you an invoice for every paid order.

4. Shipping, cancellation and returns

These are covered in our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Paid services

Our Janam Kundli is free, and your first AI Chat is free. Our other astrology services are pay-per-use. The price is shown on the service page before you pay and includes applicable taxes. Paying once buys one use of that service. If the service cannot deliver your result, you are not charged for that use. An unused paid use stays in your account until you use it. The price at the time you pay is the price that applies, and we may change prices for future purchases. We issue a GST invoice for every payment.

6. Astrology tools, readings and AI Chat

Our Kundli, Panchang, horoscope, matching, numerology, tarot, palmistry, face reading and AI Chat features are provided for guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions we guarantee and they are not medical, legal or financial advice. Please read our Disclaimer. Some results are produced by third-party providers or by artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; try to break, overload or probe the Website; use bots or scrape it; use another person's birth details, photos or account without their permission; post unlawful, abusive or misleading content; or misuse our tools or AI Chat (for example by sending automated requests). We may limit or block access to protect the Website and other users.

8. Reviews and your content

You may review products you have bought. Reviews are checked before they appear, and we may decline or remove any that are unlawful, abusive, off-topic or not genuine. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the Website.

9. Our content

The Website's text, design, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. Please do not copy or resell them without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as our payment, astrology, courier and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their outages, but we will work to fix problems that affect your order.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the Website and products with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on astrology tools or readings. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited.

12. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used to harm others. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction at our registered office.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest version. Using the Website after a change means you accept it.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, or any complaint about our website or services, please contact our Grievance Officer through our contact form. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
