Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order placed on Golden Astro Foundation. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Before you pay

When you start checkout we hold the items for you for about 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the order is cancelled automatically and the items go back on sale. Nothing is charged.

2. After you pay, before we ship

You can cancel a paid order until it has been handed to the courier. Contact us through our contact form with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. After we ship

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you do not want it, or there is a problem with it, please see our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.

5. Refund timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method. See the refund timing in our Refund Policy.
